Callout rates
Standard rates when we come out to a job — the first hour is included. After that we charge by the hour. Final price depends on the job and what's involved; we'll tell you the rate up front.

Gas & Heating
A boiler that's serviced runs cleaner, lasts longer, and won't leave you cold in January. We do the annual safety check and full performance test, sort breakdowns, fit hobs, and set up smart controls so the heating only runs when you need it.

Water & Plumbing

Heat Pumps & Insulation
Heat pumps run most of the year. Service yours once a year and keep the outside pipework lagged — that's what keeps your bills sensible. The service covers the heat pump and cylinder together; we'll also flag anything making it work harder than it should.
